Costa Rica Entertainment – There are some very admired Costa Ricans using Instagram to share their lives and products with fans.
In fact, there are 22 Ticos who have succeeded so well on this social media network that they have hundreds of thousands, some even millions, of followers. Let’s take a look at a few of them.
Goalkeeper Keylor Navas stands out the most, with almost seven million followers. He is known worldwide, so this is no surprise. Everyone seems to want to see images of his work, friends and family.
Actress Maribel Guardia has 1.8 million followers. She’s the Tica artist with the largest number of followers. Presenter Verónica Bastos comes in third with 754,000 followers, making her the most followed ethical journalist.
Among Ticos still living in Costa Rica, model and businesswoman Leonora Jiménez has the most followers, 363,000. She is known as a promoter. She only promotes products and brands that she actually uses and believes in. She has created a credibility and people know she won’t promote a product she doesn’t like just for money.
