Costa Rica News – The Citi Service Center in Costa Rica will soon have 300 more employees.
The company is to hold an employment fair on March 3 to recruit bilingual personnel for jobs in accounting, economics, finance, technology, auditing and risk management.
This news comes in the midst of the company celebrating its tenth anniversary of operating in the country. The job fair will be on March 3 in person at the offices in the El Cafetal Corporate Center, in the Ribera de Belén, from 9am to 2pm.
The staff sought are those who are bilingual with English or Portuguese and Spanish. Another option is to upload a resume in English at http://jobs.citi.com/costarica.
Citi started with just 25 employees and a $500,000 investment. The growth is attributed to the company’s vision of excellence, the competitiveness of Costa Rica, and the quality of human talent in the country.
Citi is not alone in expanding in Costa Rica. Amazon and Bayer have also recently announced hiring. The Central Bank shows that in 2017, 68% of the economy was represented by the services industry.
