Ghosts & The Supernatural – This was the report that was sent to the investigators. Date to be there: December 12, 2017 Tuesday. Time to be there: 6pm. Address: Sacramento, CA 95838 / Activity: Occupants say: “We smell cigarette smoke, but nobody in the house smokes. Items in the house are moved/misplaced. We can say..don’t smoke! and the smell of smoke will instantly go away. I have a friend that has seen her (the ghost) and another ghost that is more of our guardian angel. Our dog Murray will bark inexplicably in the house- the ghost was known as a cat lady.”-Phil Rooks

As Keith Wise and I, investigated one of the bedrooms, we did smell cigarette smoke. The smell lasted for seconds and then dissipated.

We learn that Elusive Phyllis was a previous owner of this home that was built in the 1940s. She was not the nicest person on the block and there is some bitterness that is ingrained into her personality. Phyllis was also known as Lizzy. Christina Eaton who was visiting the family last August actually encountered Phyllis. Christina saw Phyllis as a full body apparition. Christina said that Phyllis gave her dirty looks and does not seem to want to cross over. While investigating, Keith Wise Ghost Radar app delivered the following words: Philadelphia, Goose, Enjoy. Ghost Radar info is not used as evidence.

Deanna picked up on an entity in the bedroom closet and felt that one of the occupants may have an attachment on them. We captured one possible EVP of what sounds like something is moving about. We did not capture any voice EVPs. Phyllis was very elusive and did not respond to our commands. I saw strange black darting movements in the house with my own eyes. I have no explanation for this and there were no witnesses to what I saw, this cannot be included as evidence. One explanation for what I saw is that they could be “floaters”, debris in the eye. The family felt cold spots in the living room after I delivered the conclusion to this investigation on camera.

Investigation: Inconclusive. No solid evidence gathered. Keith will analyze his recordings to see if he captured any EVPs. Case closed.

Now that I am at home, I can relax and watch History Channel’s The Hunt for the Zodiac Killer and The Curse of Oak Island. Will they be able to identify who the Zodiac is, could it be that the Zodiac is two people Ross Sullivan and Lawrence Kane? Ross and Lawrence both have connections to Albany, NY killing, Riverside killing and the bay area killings. Part of the infamous Z340 cipher has been cracked. Special Note: One reason I am so fascinated with the Zodiac documentary is because I once had a roommate that made claim that her stepfather was the infamous The Original Nightstalker aka The Golden State Killer. Case: A23p46o921d3acJa. As for The Curse of Oak Island, I thought they would have found the treasure by now, but they are only finding more mysteries, like human bone buried deep, real deep. I love a mystery and tonight’s investigation was a mystery. Why was Phyllis being so elusive and why is she haunting this family?

Deanna gave the family a care package that contained the following: Chinese wish necklace; 5 smudge wands with directions; cinnamon candle; cinnamon stick; business cards; ceremic Santa owl that carries 4 tea lights; 5 holy water containers with holy water; 36 rosaries. Our mission is complete.
