World News – Doctors at a morgue of the Penitentiary of Villabona, Asturias, Spain were preparing to perform an autopsy on a man when the guy began to scream from inside the locked bag for corpses.
The subject was mistakenly thought dead from an overdose of pills. It was what is believed to be his third suicide attempt. He was in a deep depression being in prison for stealing copper.
He woke up screaming, disoriented and confused. He was also purple from being in the morgue refrigerator for hours. Even a tattoo on his shoulder could hardly be noticed due to the purple color of his body.
His mother and sister were the first to speak to him after what happened. They say he is still in shock. He wakes up in fear wanting to remove the medical equipment he is hooked up to in intensive care. He is recovering from pneumonia.
The family accuses officials of negligence. An investigation will be carried out to determine what happened in this prison center.
