Smith & Nephew Opens Service Center in Costa Rica

Costa Rica News – Smith & Nephew opened a service center here in Costa Rica and requires 150 employees.

The company seeks bilingual (with English or Portuguese) staff for business administration, engineering, finance, human resources, regulatory compliance, payroll, technology and biology.

The new service center was inaugurated on Monday morning, January 29th. The hiring of 150 employees was announced at that time.

The company already has a manufacturing plant in Costa Rica. It was impressed by the caliber of talent and thus decided to expand in Costa Rica.

The British company makes sports medicine products on a global scale. It specializes in manufacturing instruments and implants necessary to carry out minimally invasive surgeries, such as s the repair of soft tissue injuries and degenerative disorders of the knee, hip and shoulder.
